BIO-GENESIS

The BIO-GENESIS package explores bio-inspiration: the design of computational systems and models inspired by biological mechanisms. The goal is to create adaptive architectures and innovative algorithms capable of solving complex problems efficiently.

Each package contains 5 projects. SynaptikOne has completed two projects so far:

  • BG-01 — GENOME_COMPRESSOR: Open-source bio-inspired compressor for textual, genomic, and cybernetic data.
  • BG-02 — Crystal Lattice Cognition: AI framework integrating logic, topology, and adaptive memory.

The remaining three projects are in the planning stage and will soon be published in the Program section.

Completed Projects

Two projects already developed as part of BIO-GENESIS.

BG-01 — GENOME_COMPRESSOR

Open-source bio-inspired compressor for textual, genomic, and cybernetic data using DNA-based encoding for pattern detection and compression.

  • Bio-inspired compression, pattern detection, and genetic encoding
  • Modular pipeline: analysis, encoding, storage, decoding
  • Tested on logs, raw text, and semi-structured data
  • Open-source (MIT license), FR/EN documentation

BG-02 — Crystal Lattice Cognition

Bio-inspired AI framework integrating modal and epistemic logic, conceptual topology, adaptive memory, and contextual reasoning.

  • AI pipeline: working memory, long-term memory, associative memory, logical reasoning
  • Uncertainty handling and common-sense reasoning
  • Python-ready implementation for experimental applications
  • Extensible with neural networks, temporal reasoning, and conceptual graphs
